I can´t stop eating. I go to the gym and do aerobics 3 times a week, but I keep eating junk food. I love eating, especially when I am studying. I´m not overweight, but this habit of mine really worries me. What can I do about it?

hi ana! well what you should do is stop eating junk food, you couldreplace it with vegetables or grain. can start decreasing a littlecominda you eat, and try to drink lots of water that will make you feelsatisfied. good luck

Gyms are boring. I am a bit overweight so my doctor told me to follow a special diet and work out at least 4 times a week. I follow my diet very carefully, but I don´t work out. I´m a member of a gym, but I don´t go very often. It´s very boring¡ What should I do?

beth maybe what you have to do is respect your diet as you have and remember that you drink plenty of water. On the other hand if you hategoing to the gym what you would do is go walking in the evenings thatwill help or you could try to practice a sport that you like. remember to take plenty of water.
Problem 3:
Extra weight. I broke my leg in July, and because I didn´t move around a lot, I put on weight. should I start jogging or running every morning? I want to lose all my extra weight fast.

keith I suggest you do not start running, you could instead go for a walk and when you are ready to start running. also would help you eat well so you should start a diet to lose weight quickly. good luck.
